TAX PREPARATION
Saving You Money
Our method of preparing the tax return is designed to ensure accurate results at each stage. During the interview, your tax preparer uses software that has a built-in error control and diagnostic system . Depending on how you choose to get a refund, our software communicates with the banks that finance for approval. Everything is based on IRS and FTB approval of course.
Your statement is then analyzed as a new error control is performed. Next, your return is filed electronically with the IRS and state tax agency (Franchise Tax Board or corresponding state). These agencies provide tax receipts or confirmation of receipt, allowing us to obtain a refund within the time requested.
The proven effectiveness of the process of preparing the tax return and error control system will ensure quick and accurate processing possible.
TAX CONSULTATION
Alleviating Stress
Preparing your tax return is often a difficult task that may pose more questions than answers:
What forms need and where to get it?
Did I do all my calculations correctly?
Will I be subject to fines?
How do I get the refund I belong?
Do I know all the legitimate deductions?
How do I get my refund faster?
How do I know the IRS received my return and is processing?
And what about my California state tax return?
Do I know all the current laws?
BOOKKEEPING
Enabling Growth
Bookkeepers perform general accounting duties. They maintain complete sets of financial records, keep track of accounts, and verify the accuracy of procedures used for recording financial transactions. They are employed by private businesses, governments, and virtually every other type of institution. As a bookkeeper, you perform a variety of duties. You prepare, control, balance, and check various accounts using standard bookkeeping methods. You enter daily financial transactions in a journal either manually or by computer. You maintain general ledgers recording the status of various accounts and making sure that all the accounts balance.
You also balance the ledgers and prepare financial statements. To verify the accuracy of computerized and manual accounting and record-keeping systems, you may be asked to perform an audit. You may also prepare statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports.
NOTARY SERVICES
Peace of mind
A notary public (or notary or public notary) of the common law is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. A notary's main functions are to administer oaths and affirmations, take affidavits and statutory declarations, witness and authenticate the execution of certain classes of documents, take acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances, protest notes and bills of exchange, provide notice of foreign drafts, prepare marine or ship's protests in cases of damage, provide exemplifications and notarial copies, and perform certain other official acts depending on the jurisdiction. Any such act is known as a notarization. The term notary public only refers to common-law notaries and should not be confused with civil-law notaries.
With the exceptions of Louisiana, Puerto Rico, Quebec, whose private law is based on civil law, and British Columbia, whose notarial tradition stems from scrivener notary practice, a notary public in the rest of the United States and most of Canada has powers that are far more limited than those of civil-law or other common-law notaries, both of whom are qualified lawyers admitted to the bar: such notaries may be referred to as notaries-at-law or lawyer notaries. Therefore, at common law, notarial service is distinctly different from the practice of law, and giving legal advice and preparing legal instruments is forbidden to lay notaries such as those appointed throughout most of the United States of America.
PAYROLL
Employees that move your bussines
In a company, payroll is the sum of all financial records of salaries for an employee, wages, bonuses and deductions. In accounting, payroll refers to the amount paid to employees for services they provided during a certain period of time. Payroll plays a major role in a company for several reasons.
From an accounting perspective, payroll is crucial because payroll and payroll taxes considerably affect the net income of most companies and they are subject to laws and regulations (e.g. in the US, payroll is subject to federal, state and local regulations).
From an ethical business viewpoint payroll is a critical department as employees are responsive to payroll errors and irregularities. The primary mission of the payroll department is to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and timely with the correct withholdings and deductions, and to ensure the withholdings and deductions are remitted in a timely manner.
This includes salary payments, tax withholdings, and deductions from a paycheck.
Government agencies at various levels require employers to withhold income taxes from employees' wages.
In the United States, "payroll taxes" are separate from income taxes, although they are levied on employers in proportion to salary; the programs they fund include Social Security and Medicare. U.S. income and payroll taxes collected through deductions are considered to be trust fund taxes, because the employer holds the deducted money in trust for later remittance.
